It is a crucial moment to reflect on women's rights and health; matters of dignity, choice, and equality. Unsafe abortions claim lives and harm communities, yet they are preventable. Let's continue advocating for policies that ensure every woman has the right to make informed decisions about her body in a safe and supportive environment.

On Monday, we were privileged to host the @IPPFAR team in our health facility in Torosei, Kajiado County. Our recently opened clinic, located in the remote areas of Kajiado about 60km from the main road, serves the Maasai community living in that area. Despite the poor road conditions, the team experienced firsthand how we provide healthcare services to the Maasai community and engage the youth at our youth empowerment center. This visit highlighted the challenging journey to the facility and the unique environment we operate in. We deeply appreciate @IPPFAR's support in helping us establish this clinic, which serves the often forgotten communities who struggle to access healthcare, including reproductive healthcare information and services.

Day 4 of hosting the @EPF_SRR Study Tour👌🏾! Today, the @EPF_SRR delegation is in Kajiado County, visiting our healthcare facility in Torosei. The delegation is meeting with community members and leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the sexual and reproductive health issues faced by the community, especially the adolescents and young people in the area. They are also having discussions to address critical concerns such as teenage pregnancy, male engagement in #SRH, access to services and commodities, and the cultural practices surrounding marriage and #FGM.
