Over the past six months, our KTP has advanced digitising core workflows and boosted data infrastructure, moving from manual to automated, scalable systems. We’ve enjoyed connecting with fellow KTP Associates and visiting teams from @Donite Plastics and @kiverco

Our customers report 2.5million seats flying globally across first class, business and economy cabins. IPC Mouldings has content on 90% of all those seats so with 26 million daily passengers there is potentially over 2million seats containing our products. Together we soar!

⭐️Meet the Intern: Thomas Cassidy! In our Meet the IPC Team series, we’re introducing Engineering Intern Thomas Cassidy. Thomas joined us in June as part of his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at @UlsterUni, and he’s quickly become a valued member of the IPC team.

🌍 Representing IPC Mouldings in the USA Back in November, our Manufacturing Engineer Ben Middleton headed to Winston-Salem in North Carolina to attend an Engineering Core event with the Collins Aerospace Seating Team! Ben found the trip incredibly valuable.

Last week, the IPC Mouldings team attended the annual ADS Members’ Reception in the Long Gallery at Stormont✈️ As proud ADS members, this annual event has become a much-anticipated date in the calendar, giving our team the chance to reconnect with familiar faces.

Last Thursday, our Managing Director, Joanne Liddle, joined Collins Aerospace in Kilkeel for a roundtable with deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly MLA and other local manufacturers. The discussion explored how NI companies support the global aerospace supply chain.

Last week, IPC Mouldings had the pleasure of welcoming Daniel Andrews, KTP Associate from @DonitePlastics, as part of the KTP at @QUBelfast programme. We appreciate Daniel’s time and interest in understanding our operations and are pleased to contribute to this programme.

We were delighted to welcome two very special visitors to IPC yesterday...the nephews of our Operations Manager, John McPherson, Idris and Aneurin all the way from Wales! These two future engineers had a fantastic time exploring our facility and learning more about what we do.

Last week, our General Manager Graeme Bennett represented IPC Mouldings at the ADS Toulouse Annual Event 2025 as part of the @InvestNI delegation. Thank you to @InvestNI for the invitation and ADS Toulouse for hosting an excellent event.

Our KTP Digital Transformation Engineer Suriya recently visited @kiverco with his academic supervisor, Lauren, from AMIC, @QUBelfast! The visit, hosted by Wesley Yap, shed light on how Kiverco is implementing digitalisation through the KTP programme.

On Friday evening, our General Manager Graeme Bennett had the pleasure of attending the @RoyalAirForce 85th Battle of Britain Business Engagement Reception at Stormont. We welcomed the chance to recognise NI’s proud aerospace heritage and its continuing role in the sector.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting Jamie McCloskey and Claire Gaad from @InvestNI at IPC Mouldings Their visit included a tour of our facility and a presentation of our ambitious five-year strategy A heartfelt thank you to Invest NI for their steadfast support!

This week we celebrated team member Georgia’s achievement as she graduated from the Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Programme, a 15-week course delivered by the Centre for Competitiveness in partnership with the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s Business School.
