New Jersey residents who purchase health insurance through the individual market will face an average premium increase of 19.8% in 2027, according to data released by the state Department of Banking and Insurance.
UnitedHealthcare will have the largest average rate increase, at 35.7%, followed by Oscar at 29.3%, Ambetter from WellCare of New Jersey at 20.8%, AmeriHealth at 17% and Horizon at 15.3%.
Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage begins on November 1, 2026, and ends January 31, 2027.

If Medicare is paying, ok to demand double-blind placebo-controlled evidence. If a patient pays out of pocket, the practice isn’t harming people, and patients keep returning, then one doctor’s skepticism about another’s protocol shouldn’t matter. What is odd is that Pfizer tends to have a lower mRNA dose than Moderna, less N1-methyl-PseudoU protection but LONGER persistence in their study.
There is one way to explain this (could be more than 1).
Pfizer also has ~10X the plasmid DNA and these methods don't appear to have controlled for DNA contributing to their mRNA signals in ddqPCR
The methods point to a Qiagen RNA prep kit that has an optional DNaseI step.
DNaseI doesn't get rid of this DNA (Lenk et al, Sutton et al).
A treatment with DNaseI-XT, or a no RT control, or a few Ori targets would answer the question.
