Under the MoU, INOXAP will explore the supply of bulk and specialty high-purity gases critical to semiconductor manufacturing, with a view to establishing local manufacturing capacity in India, along with Total Gas Management, warehousing, and MEP support for Tata Electronics’ Fab operations. This builds on INOXAP's ongoing investment in a specialty gas facility in Dholera and reflects both companies' commitment to building a resilient, homegrown semiconductor materials ecosystem in India. "This MoU with Tata Electronics is a natural extension of the work we've already begun in Dholera. As India builds its semiconductor manufacturing base, having a trusted, local source of high-purity gases will be critical and we're committed to being that partner," said Siddharth Jain, Managing Director, INOX Air Products.
