Every year my wife @SheenaLMurphy and I lock ourselves into a hotel room or a resort for a couple of days.
We look at our prior year.
We dream about our upcoming year.
Some of it is frustrating.
Most of it is inspiring.
All of it is necessary.
It has us dig into our excuses.
It's led to us breaking through barriers.
The process evolves every year and it leads to us evolving rather than simply accepting what is.
Also...we're not perfect.
This year I forgot my deodorant :-|
