Hot girl summer sounds exhausting. I want to do old lady summer: a puzzle, crochet a tank top, and take daily naps.

My toxic trait is once that sun starts shining I wanna quit my job and crochet all day.

Crocheter: “I am just leaving the yarn store, be there soon!” Translation: “Will be there in two hours after touching all of the yarn and chatting with the yarn besties”

My toxic trait is thinking I can crochet a top without a gauge swatch.

My problem is I always think I can crochet something quickly when I have repeatedly proven that I cannot.

I’ll go 2-3 days without spending money and be proud of myself and then blow $100 on yarn in 1 hour on the 4th day.

No one goes to the yarn store because they need something. You go to the yarn store and let the yarn store tell you what you need.

I look normal. But I talk to my crochet project like it’s going to respond to me.

Some say there aren’t enough days in the week to crochet. I believe what they really mean is that there aren’t enough days in the weekend.

I’m getting a lil bit too expensive for myself lately. *buys yet another skein of yarn*

My two goals for today were to get out of bed and crochet. So far, I'm a success.

“I’m going to bed” = “I'm going to lay in bed and look at crochet patterns on my phone for about an hour.”

I say “this is my favorite yarn” to about 50 different yarn lines.
