The scoreboard tells you who won. The huddle tells you who’s growing.
Wins build confidence. Losses build character. But it’s the lessons between the two that build a TEAM.
The endurance to keep pushing. The perseverance to fight through adversity. The discipline to do your job, even when the game isn’t going your way.
Some lessons come with a victory, others come with a little humble pie. And some come from a coach reminding you of something you’ve heard hundreds of times. Different games. Different lessons. Same mission.
Celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, respect the process, and never stop growing. Today’s win was great, but this team isn’t just learning how to win softball games, they’re learning how to handle challenges, take accountability, trust each other, and grow into stronger people. Either way you look at it, they win!💙🌊🥎
