ILA’s Director of Psychological Services Dr. Rosenie Blanc will be presenting at the 2026 NYSABA conference in Albany on October 29th! She’ll be examining how leaders can better assess variables that can impact staff performance.
Dr. Blanc oversees and mentors ILA’s Behavior Intervention Specialists and believes family involvement is crucial when it comes to caring for Individuals. “We want families to feel secure knowing we’re enabling their loved ones to live their best lives,” she says.
