They will tell you Mao’s China was isolated and paranoid and turned inward in ways that impoverished its people.
They will not tell you that the isolation was substantially enforced from outside.
American-led embargo. Exclusion from the United Nations until 1971. Diplomatic non-recognition. The systematic attempt to strangle an economy of 600 million people because their government had been chosen without American approval.
When the isolation produced poverty, the poverty was cited as evidence of communism’s failure.
The embargo that enforced the isolation was not cited at all.
This is the same logic applied to Cuba, to Vietnam, to Iran, to the DPRK.
Impose the conditions that make development difficult.
Point to the difficulty as proof that the political system doesn’t work.
Use that proof to justify maintaining the conditions.
It is a clean loop.
It requires only that the people inside it never look at what’s producing what.

In Botswana, teenage girls once spent about two months in the wilderness at an initiation called Bojale. Village chiefs appointed the instructors, often supported by traditional healers. The girls learned the practical skills of adult life: cooking, childcare, the use of herbs, and the duties expected of a wife and community member. Lessons were given both by instruction and by daily practice.
Bojale was treated as mandatory. A girl was not considered ready for further education or full adult standing until she had completed it. When the period ended, the initiates returned to the community with a changed status. The rite transmitted customary knowledge from one generation to the next and gave structure to the transition from girlhood to womanhood.

Humans have existed for tens of thousands of years to start with.
How can close to 30% of a society be having "motion sickness"?? What are Americans eating? What kind of air are they breathing? Majority of the adult population on constant medications? These guys need rescue.
Once again, AI is not some machines thinking. It's human key responses coded into an elaborate search engine (system). It doesn't search wide, just enough for the bias of its promoters.
