The Ignis Protocol flywheel is working very well! The $IGN supply is burning fast! The wheel is growing and the future is bright! 💎💯👀

Ignis ($IGN - @IGNProtocol ) on Monad is one of the more mechanically interesting deflationary tokens i've looked at recently. two permissionless functions drive the whole thing: igniteBurn strips 0.5% of remaining LP liquidity every cooldown window and burns whatever IGN sits in the contract, forgeStability runs a 3 round buy/sell loop off swap fee revenue to add volatility and pressure. no admin keys, no mint function, no unlock function on the vault. 95% of supply (95M of 100M) is locked single sided into a pancakeswap v3 pool at launch, permanently.
what's notable is the phased routing. from 0 to 24% burned, WMON proceeds go to the owner wallet to seed new IGN trading pairs across monad, expanding the pool network. from 25 to 49% it splits 50/50 between expansion and buyback/burn. past 50% burned, everything goes straight to buyback and burn until the system hits 90%, at which point igniteBurn permanently reverts and the remaining supply just sits in the LP. cooldown scales too, starting at 4 hours and climbing to 38 hours as burn percentage increases, so the pace deliberately slows as the token gets scarcer.
the owner's only real lever is where WMON gets routed in the early phases, they can't touch locked liquidity or pause anything. whether the multi pool expansion actually generates enough arbitrage fee volume to matter before the late game kicks in is the open question, that's really the crux of whether this compounds or just decays on schedule.

Phase 2 went live 12 hours ago, and the first buy-and-burn has already been completed.
The dev has a track record with successful DeFi protocols on Base, and has now migrated to Monad to launch $IGN (@IGNProtocol).
I’m bullish on #Monad. There isn’t much DeFi on it yet, and $IGN aims to be the number one liquidity hub — building out a range of liquidity pools across successful DeFi projects and memecoins on @monad. When the time is right, that should help lift the price of Ignis along with the rest of the ecosystem automatically.
That said, I have no doubt $IGN will generate plenty of buy pressure on its own, with their “Forge” buying and burning supply every 12 hours.
