Microsoft Recall got me hooked on the idea of a searchable memory of everything you've seen on your PC.
I wanted one that's open source and never leaves my machine. So I built it.
Meet TotalRecall 👇
The part I'm most excited about: an optional MCP server.
Point a local AI agent at it and it can answer questions over your own history, fully on-device. Opt-in, off by default.
It's free and open source. .NET 10, WinForms, SQLite FTS5. Windows for now.
