🇰🇿🇸🇮 On the occasion of the 36th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Declaration of State Sovereignty and the 34th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Slovenia, the Ljubljana-based International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) has published a thoughtful and insightful analysis of Kazakhstan’s remarkable journey of statehood, political and economic transformation, modernization, and growing international role as a responsible middle power.
