If you're attending the Borlaug Dialogue today, don't miss out on the "When Food is on the Line, Who Draws it?" session at 10am!
Henk van Duijn, IFDC President & CEO, will be joining to discuss strengthening food security through fertilizer innovation & localized supply chains.
When the rains fail, income doesn’t have to.
Through irrigation & new income sources, the Triple Resilience (3R) Program helped 8,219 households earn more & face less risk. Beneficiaries earn nearly MZN 14,000 more per year.

💰Save together. Grow together
With support from the Embassy of Sweden, Triple Resilience (3R) Program's VSLAs in #Mozambique boosted savings from MZN 900 to 5,000 per cycle.
Additionally, 60% of groups bought inputs together while 72.7% marketed produce collectively.

"For every set of conditions, there is a best set of management options to sustain food security as best as possible – even under conditions of scarcity." – Luis Prochnow
What works in one field or region will not necessarily work in the next.
One-size-fits-all nutrient use is an outdated practice that should be replaced by balanced fertilization, addressing deficiencies not only in nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, but also in secondary nutrients and micronutrients.
When nutrients are matched to local soils, crops, water conditions, and farmer realities, even limited inputs can deliver stronger harvests, better returns, and fewer losses.

These resources help decision-makers monitor soil recovery, vegetation cover, and land productivity while strengthening agricultural planning.
To restore degraded landscapes, decision-makers need more than data. They need accessible, visual, and actionable information to guide decisions at every level.
