.@UF_IFAS and the University of Lincoln have formalized an agreement to help farmers on both sides of the Atlantic adopt ag-tech. We're excited to expand this partnership with support from @FloridaHighTech, @FLACommerce, and @UKinUSA to strengthen our global food supply.

ALT The image shows six individuals seated at a table in front of a screen displaying the logos of the University of Lincoln and the University of Florida. The screen also reads "MOU Signing | September 25, 2026." Two individuals in the center hold up a signed document with the UF/IFAS banner draped across the table.

You've heard me mention our goal of helping Florida become the Silicon Valley of Agriculture.
Thanks to these leaders and others, we're one step closer to this dream becoming a reality with @UFGulfCoastREC as its center.
.@UF’s historic investment in #AI talent, the state legislature’s generous funding to create the space, and farmers’ and processors’ embrace of innovation will make Florida an even greater force for good in feeding the world!
Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of our new Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture. This space will be the cradle for advancements in agricultural technology.
We would like to thank the state legislature for its generous funding and the farmers' and processors' embrace of innovation that made this all possible.
