Very proud of our @WestHighBands and appreciative for the donation @FDUKnights made to our band program.
Iowa City West High School filled in as FDU's pep band at the NCAA Women's Tournament yesterday—learning the Knights' fight song in under an hour.

After 35 years of dedication to @IowaCityWestHS & @IowaCitySchools, our beloved custodian, Donnie Binegar finished his final shift and exited our school for the last time as an employee today. Thank you for everything, Donnie....don't be a stranger 💚💛
Deeply honored to receive this recognition. Leading this program was such an important part of my life for 20 years. Very fortunate to have been able to coach so many outstanding players over my career at @IowaCityWestHS and @ICWestAthletics
PREP COACHES OF THE CENTURY!
#19. Mitch Gross
Nobody in @iowahstennis won more State team titles this century than the former @ICWestAthletics boys tennis coach.
Mitch led the Trojans to the title match each of his final 10 years as coach.

The halls at @IowaCityWestHS are alive with the Sound of Music! Magnificent production Theatre West! Last performance is tonight at 7:00 PM! Don't miss this amazing show! 🎶 🏔️
Even though I'm here cheering on the @Orioles, it was awesome to see @IowaCityWestHS @ICWestAthletics alum @ReganSteigleder of @thekccurrent throw out the first pitch for the @Royals.
Watching the @IowaCityWestHS Orchestra play & then receive a standing O after their performance at @carnegiehall is something I'll never forget. Phenomenal job students & Maestro Welch! You made @IowaCitySchools proud on one of the world's biggest stages. Vids in comments
Seems meant to be. Whether repping green & gold for @ICWestAthletics or @CSUMBasketball, you have always made @IowaCityWestHS very proud. Congratulations to my former student, @farokhmanesh5 for this incredible accomplishment!
Alums from the @IowaCityWestHS class of 74 to the class of 22, traveling from both coasts, came back to celebrate 50 years of the Good Time Company with a sold out concert!@icwestchoirs
