The field trip is a highlight of the BSc, but couldn't be run without the volunteers who make it a safe and successful educational experience. If you work at @imperialcollege come help!

At the end of a hard day in the field, staff and students head back to inside to prepare dinner, analyse data and debrief on the day's activities. Excellent food cooked up by the students, none of which went to waste!😋

Meanwhile, others headed onto the hills, with the aim to collect physiology data in the outdoors on our own varied responses to exercise, away from the lab. We also practiced skills such as map reading🧭
It was also a soggy introduction for those new to the Welsh mountains!☔️
