Interesting and much awaited paper. No studies explored the effect of continuity of care models in women with disadvantage, that were most likely to benefit… @SandallJane @Brthcompanions
doi.org/10.1002/146518… This out today. Updated evidence confirms benefits of midwife continuity models. Previous findings of reduced preterm birth/ baby loss no longer seen with new updated evidence. Women have a positive experience & fewer CS. Most other outcomes equivocal.
