At the @IcicNet & @UNESCO Global Conference in 🇸🇱, we discussed how to strengthen access to information. We led a session on proactive disclosure w/ @OECD & 🇳🇱 led & previewed OGP’s upcoming benchmarks, which show where ATI systems have data gaps & where reforms are needed.
