When life gives you molemons, you make molemonade! This week we learned about mole conversions by making lemonade with just the right number of moles of sugar 🍋 @IDEACenterHS

Did you know aluminum cans have plastic linings? Using lye (in a fume hood because you produce hydrogen gas), you can dissolve the Al and leave just the plastic! @IDEACenterHS

Another successful showcase for ICHS! Biology & Chemistry students were able to show off their Funky Ferments Project (homemade cheeses, lacto-fermented pickles, rootbeer, and yogurt) and all the wonderful learning they've done.
