Inter Cheadle Open Age East

⚪️Railway FC vs Inter Cheadle East🔵 🗓️ Sunday 21st July ⚽️ 11:00am Kick Off 📍Stockport Sports Village 📍 SK6 1QX 🎫 Buy tickets on the gate A big thank you to @SSVStockport who have kindly donated their venue for the special occasion – at Stockport, England

The first game of the season saw us lose 4-2 to a good Afc Prestbury side and our 2nd game on the Tuesday saw us come out as 6-2 winners against last seasons Div 4 Champions @CHAlbion Only a season too late to finally beat them #UTFI

Our 3rd Pre season friendly sees us face a side in which we had 2 entertaining games against last season - losing 3-0 and winning 7-2. Hopefully another good game to come #UTFI

Good start to Pre season. A solid performance on Saturday helps us walk over the 7 a side team who tried their hands at 11’s and a good 7-2 win against @Bollingtonfc today. Plenty of minutes in the tank and some clinical finishing from the lads #UTFI

And we are back… twice in 1 weekend. On Saturday we face a team made up just to play us called ‘AC Cheadle’ in the Derby Di Cheadle (its Micks cousins 7 a side team). Next it’s @Bollingtonfc who are in Div 2 with us next season - a good competitive weekend for the lads #UTFI

And that’s a wrap. A great game for the neutrals, end to end and we share the points. Congrats to @CHAlbion for winning the league and congrats to @AdultsCgfc for winning the division cup #UTFI

Match day! Our final game of the season away to @SufcStockport #UTFI

But this time he could finish his dinner! @joshuapmangan MOTM and with todays result between littlemoor and sands, we can confirm 2nd place and promotion to division 3 #UTFI

A few weeks late but knew it. A striker couldn’t finish his dinner so we are still yet to beat D&C in the past 4 games #UTFI

We are without a win in 3 against D&C and we will be hoping to change that tomorrow morning. A big win and a tough battle in the past 7 days means we should be going into this with confidence #UTFI

Inter Cheadle East 🤝 making it hard work against 10 men. Took the lead twice and conceded 2 from set pieces (again) and won it with a late penalty. @lmsfcofficial battled hard to keep themselves in it, good luck for the remainder of the season #UTFI

A million times better today. 5 different scorers, a couple of pens and a deflected free kick that we let @connorbartonn keep as his own… MOTM Matt bcos AJ was on a hattrick and still took a pen. #UTFI

Last weeks result. Couldn’t get into the swing of things and didn’t deserve anything more than a draw. #UTFI

It’s match day! Big bounce back needed today against a team that did us over twice last season. Hoping for a different story this time #UTFI

Was always going to be a tough game and 3 set pieces pulled us apart. Two long throws and a corner see us lose 3-0 to top of the table. We played some nice football for part of the game but never tested their keeper #UTFI

Tomorrow we face top of the table @CHAlbion, after a week off. Both teams are in good form and we will be wanting to get the win after bottling it last time. #UTFI

Also forgot to post the fixture this week. Made the long journey to Congleton again and after 2 losses against Astbury, we finally won. Wanted to win from minute 1 and the result shows that. MOTM Scott Cartwright on his debut #UTFI

Forgot to post last weeks results, my bad. A nice 4-3 win against a tough side made, harder by multiple defensive mistakes. MOTM @Willleigh3 #UTFI

4th v 5th tomorrow as we face @CGJFC for the first time this season #UTFI
