Explored building a RAG chatbot with n8n today and it actually worked. A RAG chatbot retrieves information from your own documents before responding, making answers specific to a business, or service. Pretty cool knowing this can sit behind a live chat interface.

Built and deployed an AI sales system for a real estate agency. It solves a common problem: lost leads from slow responses, poor follow-up, and weak qualification. Leads are qualified on WhatsApp, tracked in CRM, and handed off when ready, so agents can focus on closing deals.
