2007 Backlash: John Cena beat Randy Orton with Shawn Michaels’ help. 2025 Backlash: John Cena beat Randy Orton with R-Truth’s help. Read that again. 😭
2007 BACKLASH: JOHN CENA BEAT RANDY ORTON WITH HELP FROM SHAWN MICHAELS. 2025 BACKLASH: JOHN CENA BEAT RANDY ORTON WITH HELP FROM R-TRUTH. I’m sorry, but when you really think about this, it’s actually crazy. 17 years apart and Cena and Orton were STILL finding themselves in the same kind of situation, just with completely different people involved. HBK in 2007… R-Truth in 2025. That’s the kind of full-circle wrestling storytelling I love. WWE was really cooking in both eras. You can’t tell me wrestling wasn’t interesting back then.

My wife told me our 16-year-old daughter had been lying to both of us. I asked what she’d done. She said, “She knows something about herself that we don’t.” I thought it was drugs, a boyfriend, or something at school. I was wrong. Two days later, I discovered my wife had been secretly meeting a woman behind my back. The woman was our daughter’s biological mother. Our daughter had been adopted as a baby, but my wife and I had never told her. For sixteen years, we’d raised her as our own. The biological mother had found us months earlier and contacted my wife. Instead of telling me, my wife agreed to meet her. Then she secretly allowed her to start seeing our daughter. When I confronted my wife, she didn’t apologize. “I knew you’d stop me.” That was when everything exploded.

I was starving. It was almost 2 p.m., and I had forgotten my lunch at home. Then I saw a food container in the office refrigerator. It looked exactly like something I would eat. So I grabbed it. I ate everything. Five minutes later, my coworker walked into the kitchen. She opened the refrigerator. Then she froze. “Where's my food?” I immediately knew.

I was asked to choose my favorite song between “Gameboy” and “NEW TRICK,” and honestly, it was so difficult because they’re both my favorites. If I choose one, I’ll feel like I’m betraying the other one 😂 So I’m choosing both. And if you want to know why I can’t choose between the two, go listen to them and find out for yourself.

Judge: Before I sentence you, I want to know one thing. The courtroom went completely silent. The judge looked down at the file, then back at the young man standing before him. Judge: “You pleaded guilty?” Man: “Yes, Your Honour.” Judge: “You understand what you’re admitting to?” Man: “Yes.” Judge: “Then why did you do it?” The man swallowed. Man: “Because my daughter was hungry.” A few people in the courtroom shifted in their seats. The judge didn’t react. Judge: “Your daughter was hungry, so you stole?” Man: “Yes, Your Honour.” Judge: “What did you steal?” Man: “Baby formula. Bread. Some medicine.”

Imagine offending your wife when these four are your inlaws You wouldn't just have a bad life. You triggered a family summit of history’s most enthusiastic specialists in making one man regret existing. Ramsay would treat it as a hunting season that happens to have your name on it. He’d smile that thin, delighted smile talk to you like a disappointed host, and start with the small, personal indignities first. The ones that leave you still useful. He’d want you alive long enough to understand the joke. Joffrey would make it public. Not because he needs an audience, but because he enjoys one. He’d invent a crime you didn’t commit, announce the punishment before he finished inventing it, and then change the rules mid-sentence because watching you try to keep up is half the fun. He’d want you to beg in front of people who already know begging won’t help. Cersei wouldn’t raise her voice. She’d already have three versions of the story ready, two of them true enough to be dangerous. She’d ruin your name first, your alliances second, and only then decide whether you still needed a body attached to the scandal. She’d frame it as protecting her daughter. She’d mean it. That is the worst part. You wouldn’t be an enemy so much as a stain she intends to scrub out of the family tapestry. Ivar would make it theatrical and political at once. He’d laugh, then lecture you on weakness, then turn your apology into a public lesson. He’d use the insult as proof that mercy is for people who can afford it, and he cannot. He’d want the story to travel. He’d want other husbands to hear what happens when you embarrass a woman who has that particular set of relatives. Crippled or not, he’d still find a way to stand over you while the point is made. The real horror isn’t any one of them. It’s the committee. Ramsay wants to play. Joffrey wants a spectacle. Cersei wants a verdict. Ivar wants a legend. You offended your wife. Congratulations. The in-laws have a project now, and they work in shifts.

I knew something was wrong the night my wife got out of bed at 12:47 a.m. and started getting dressed. At first, I thought something had happened. Me: “What’s wrong?” Wife: “Nothing.” Me: “Then why are you getting dressed?” She stood in front of the mirror putting on perfume. At 12:47 in the morning. Me: “Where are you going?” Wife: “I need to see someone.” Me: “Who?” She hesitated. Wife: “Just someone who can help me.” I sat up. Me: “Help you with what?” She didn’t answer. She grabbed her purse, kissed my cheek, and walked toward the door. Me: “It’s almost 1 a.m.” She turned around. Wife: “I’ll be back before morning.” That was the first time she’d ever left our house in the middle of the night without explaining where she was going. And I let her go. I wish I hadn’t.

The waiter handed me the wrong bill. My wife and I had dinner at a nice restaurant. Our bill should’ve been around $160. The waiter handed me the check. It said $38. I looked at it. Then I looked at him. He was already walking away. My wife said: “Don’t say anything.” I said:

Did something stupid and now my marriage is probs over I (41M) have been married to my wife (44F) for nearly 20 years. We have five kids together, with ages ranging from 7 up to 16. We’ve never had a strong emotional connection, she’s kept some distance from me over the years due to an addiction I had that didn’t come to light until 2 years in. But even before that, we never connected well. She would often say very mean or

I’m 28 years old and I’m already frustrated with life. What am I doing wrong? I graduated from university at 21, thinking I had my whole life ahead of me. I genuinely believed that by 25, I would have a decent job, be financially stable, and probably be thinking about marriage and starting a family. But somehow, none of that happened. I’ve been struggling ever since graduation. I currently work as a facility manager with a firm, but the salary is barely enough to survive. By the time I pay rent, transport, food, electricity, internet and other bills, there’s usually little or nothing left. Sometimes I get paid and, before I even have time to feel happy about it, the money is already gone. I’ve tried to improve my situation. I’ve applied for better jobs. I’ve tried different side hustles. I’ve looked for opportunities online. Some worked for a while, others failed completely. Nothing seems to stick. Even my relationship life has suffered.

I’m a bank teller. At 10:14 a.m., a woman walked up to my window and set her purse on the counter. Her hands were shaking so badly she could barely hold the pen. Woman: “Cash. All of it. Right now, please.” Me: “That’s a large amount. Thirty thousand. Can I ask what it’s for?” Woman: “A car.” Me: “Dealership or private seller?” She glanced at her purse. Woman: “Please. I’m in a hurry.” That’s when I saw it was open. Her phone was inside. The screen showed an active call. Twenty-two minutes….
