Probably more telling that the Bucs are a sub .500 football team over the last 10 years with three seasons of double digit wins and a Super Bowl championship sprinkled in with some really poor and mediocre football.

Think Chris Ballard's W-L record with the Colts is much different than Jason Licht over the last 10 seasons? Probably closer than you think, but Tampa won a Super Bowl. Ballard = (W)72 (L)82 (T)1. Licht = (W)77 (L)78

Bucs continue to charge fans money for continued collapses at home. Blew a 14 point 4th quarter lead last season. Blew a 13 point 2nd half lead today. Pathetic.

That loss to the Steelers might be more embarrassing than the Bucs’ loss to the Browns at this point. Absolute travesty of a 2nd half in all facets. Except Chase McLaughin. He was terrific.

Should be less HCs fired this season. Get a good consulting firm to help make a calculated decision. Not sure I'd trust many in that building to make a football decision at this point.

A year too late. Unfortunately I think we've really over committed to a lot of staff and players (including Baker) in a lame duck year to a point where the only way out is an absolute stellar HC hire, not an area where I'm super confident.
