I have never been a Stake Partner. I never signed a partnership, never accepted a deal, and only played on Stake with my own money.
Yet, due to what your own support team described as a system error, my account was apparently classified as a Stake Partner.
Because of that classification, I was excluded from certain promotions, including the Crypto Monthly Bonus.
I contacted support multiple times. First I was told:
“Stake Partners are not eligible.”
I explained that I was never a Stake Partner.
Later, I was told that there were no bonuses available because I had already claimed my bonuses regularly.
That completely misses the point.
I am asking Stake to calculate every promotion/bonus I was excluded from while my account was incorrectly classified as a Partner and credit what I was entitled to.
I have screenshots of the entire conversation and can provide everything publicly.

If your system incorrectly classified my account, I expect Stake to correct the mistake rather than simply telling me to keep wagering and wait for future bonuses.
You made the mistake. I shouldn't be the one paying for it.
