I RT'd this but wanted to expand on it a bit more: we worked with Bill on this for some time & I'm genuinely glad to see him showing it off to the world. The amount of hard work he's put into this remake by himself is unreal, show this man your support! 🤝 #indiegames #indiedev
Something crucial I need to mention is that Breath of Death VII, originally, used individually licensed music for that particular software. For the remake, I brought on the amazing @HyperDuckChris and @HyperDuckDan --
I thought that tweet was part of the thread, Bill remade Breath of Death, a game he and Robert released over a decade ago!
xitter.cf/bill_at_zeboyd/status/… mad respect for how great this is.

The new OST they made is *amazing* -- We had been talking about doing this kind of thing on and off for years, probably starting shortly after CSH, so it's been wonderful to see how the new music fits in. It's so good! They're amazing talented people and I'm lucky to know them.

I want to revamp hyperduck.co.uk. It's a good site but it has issues.
I want a site that'll help Dan & I focus on show off the work we want to do. To fellow composers et al.: any great examples of website designs other creators use would be appreciated so much! 🙏❤️🎵🎮

I also want to make each page easier to understand in terms of, what we did on that project. A music project? Here's video of gameplay with our music, as well as the music in standalone form to listen to. Same for sound.

As an imposter artist and programmer myself, I have one thing to say about AI art. I hope that a budding artist somewhere has not been dissuaded from learning their craft. Heaven forbid this also happens to musicians and writers. Your creation is beautiful and worth persuing.

Today marks the fifth anniversary of my second title, Never Stop Sneakin'! To celebrate I present a compilation of all the game's cutscenes. These were some of the most fun I've had as a developer thanks to @tdcpresents' writing and some hilarious actors.

Some time ago, @werezompire and I made a pretty cool game called Breath of Death VII, for Xbox Live Indie Games. One of the first "cutscenes" I drew was a Phantasy Star reference; as I try to improve my pixel art stuff, I decided to redraw the scene.
