📍 Three schools within one triangle in the Mokila belt.
Indus International School has been established here for years, Avinya International School is nearby, and construction of the upcoming Silver Oaks International School’s Mokila campus is progressing well
The marked stretch lies along the connecting road from ORR Exit 2 towards the Shankarpally–Mokila Road.

Bentel isn’t Indian, it’s a South African based firm which specialises in Retail. They are literally one of the finest in Retail.
I would like mention one more name RSP which designed Lanco and few others. They started as Singaporean firm initially.

I’d have called you crazy. Thanks to the lot of BRS, Congress & BJP (ft. L&T), who all played a part in this neglect! 👏

Yesterday, I visited a high-rise in Kokapet.
As a builder myself, two things frustrated me.
1. Visitor parking signage. I shouldn't have to figure out where to park. Signage and navigation need to be part of the original design, not an afterthought.
2. Basement connectivity. The moment I entered the basement, I lost network connectivity. Wi-Fi or reliable mobile coverage in basements should be a basic requirement.
We spend so much time and money designing elevations, grand entrances and amenities.
But sometimes, it's the smallest things that determine how a building actually feels to use.
Taking both lessons back to my own projects.

Crazily, some builders are installing charging zones in the basement, where the signal is dead zero, without realising that the internet is required to initiate charging. Basic 💁

#Hyderabad- Genpact- Hafizpet under fire-
One of the employee——
Genpact, what kind of work environment are you creating for your employees? I work in the Hyderabad, Hafeezpet branch, where the Senior Manager, Xavier Haarouking Francis, has made the office floor a living hell; he works 14 hours a day, which is fine, but he demands everyone on the floor to work the same number of hours and treats it as excellence. He intentionally stops people for updates before they leave.
He expects everyone to come to the office and work during the weekends, and if we have other plans, he shouts at us. I had a panic attack on the office floor, and it is in the medical room records. Even after telling him about my situation, he made me work 13 to 14 hours a day; what if I had died on the floor? Will Genpact take the responsibility? I have raised the issue to the AVP Siddharth Dargan, yet the situation remains the same.
Our client laptops are in use even when I am on leave, and Francis specifically knows about it because he is the one who encourages it. If any error happens during my absence, it is blamed on me, which is unfair.
I seriously have suicidal thoughts because of The mental torture by Francis.
