कुक्कुर जी को इतना हक़ तो है ही कि उत्तरप्रदेश और केंद्र सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी 'कुक्कुर हिताय, कुक्कुर सुखाय' योजना के तहत बच्चों, बूढ़ो, महिलाओं, दिव्यांगों, असहायों और गरीबों को नोच डाले, मार डाले! कुक्कुर सेवा में तल्लीन उत्तरप्रदेश पुलिस का पराक्रम रुकना नहीं चाहिए! जो बच जाये कुक्कुर जी से, उन्हें एक पैर पर दौड़कर गिरफ्तार कर लो! सैकड़ों लोग रोज आवारा कुत्तों द्वारा नोचे जा रहें, मारे जा रहें तो इनकी कुम्भकर्णीय नींद नहीं टूटती! बागपत में ही एक बच्चा आवारा कुत्तों द्वारा काटे जाने के बाद तड़प - तड़प कर मर गया लेकिन कुक्कुर सेवी शासन, पुलिस एवं प्रशासन को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता. कुछ महीने पहले भी एक व्यक्ति तड़प - तड़प कर मर गया था. जनसंख्या ज्यादा है...लोगों का क्या है! कुक्कुर जी को कुछ नहीं होना चाहिए! जिसका बच्चा मरा, जो रोज नोचा जा रहा...वो समझे... शासन और प्रशासन के कार्यालयों में चिकन बिरयानी, अंडा राइस और मटन कीमा के साथ कुशल कार्य जारी रहेगा! धन्य हो यह देश! धन्य हो इस देश का शासन-प्रशासन! @CMOfficeUP @PMOIndia @HMOIndia

बागपत के ही एक गाँव में एक आवारा कुत्ते ने कई लोगों को काट लिया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश को जूते की नोंक पर रखकर बागपत प्रशासन ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जबकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुसार ऐसे आवारा कुत्तों को या तो शेल्टर होम भेजना है या फिर मानवीय मृत्यु देनी है. इसी क्रम में उसी कुत्ते ने एक युवक के पिता को काट लिया. गुस्से में उस युवक ने कुत्ते को मार डाला. अब उत्तरप्रदेश की परम पराक्रमी पुलिस को यह बात नागवार लग गई है कि युवक का पिता जिंदा कैसे बच गया है! इस बच्चे की तरह वो भी तड़प-तड़प कर मर जाते तो मस्त चिकन बिरयानी, अंडा रईस और मटन कीमा की दावत थाने और जिला प्रशासन के कार्यालयों में उड़ाई जाती! कुत्ता जी को इतना हक़ तो है ही कि उत्तरप्रदेश और केंद्र सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी 'कुक्कुर हिताय, कुक्कुर सुखाय' योजना के तहत बच्चों, बूढ़ो, महिलाओं, दिव्यांगों, असहायों और गरीबों को नोच डाले, मार डाले! उत्तरप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के कुशल नेतृत्व में उत्तरप्रदेश पुलिस कुक्कुर संरक्षण एवं बच्चों, बूढ़ो, महिलाओं, दिव्यांगों, असहायों, गरीबों के भक्षण के लिए पूर्ण रूप से कटिबद्ध है! इस कुशल कार्य में बाधा बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी! @CMOfficeUP 👏

केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की 'कुक्कुर हिताय, कुक्कुर सुखाय' योजना की बलि चढ़ा एक और मासूम. बागपत के पुराना कस्बा स्थित केतीपुरा मोहल्ले में 15 वर्षीय शाहिद की मौत आवारा कुत्ते के काटने से हो गई. परिजनों के मुताबिक, करीब दो महीने पहले एक आवारा कुत्ते ने उसे काट लिया था, जिसके बाद उसकी तबीयत बिगड़ गई और मौत हो गई. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सख्त आदेश के बाद भी आवारा कुत्ते देश के हर कोने में बच्चों, बूढ़ो, महिलाओं, असहायों, दिव्यांगों और गरीबों को नोच रहें, मार रहें... लेकिन सरकार और प्रशासन को कोई फर्क नहीं! #StrayDogsTerror

At a prolonged high-level meeting at the State Secretariat, which was convened by Goa Government (Tourism @Goatourism ) on Wednesday, chaired by Goa Secretary for Animal Husbandry Michael D'Souza and attended by various stakeholder departments, stakeholder NGOs in Dog care, vaccination and sterilisation it came out and was accepted that there are no designated, authorised shelters where dogs can be sent. Therefore , the focus currently needs to be on sterilization and vaccination of dogs in the beach belt, education and sensitization of stakeholders,including tourists on dog behavior and food arrangement for dogs after seasonal beach shacks close. Sources in the State Secretariat said that it was accepted that dogs get aggressive on account of no sterilization and no food.
