So here’s an idea for a premium play on $TSLA shares If we assume the 30% premium over 4 weeks If we assume the deal will take 6-12 months to clear What if I sell $550 Covered Calls for Mid 2027, with the hope that we remain under the acquisition price and take advantage of the closing period to theta burn The unknown variable is $TSLA would fluctuate based on the agreed ratio with @SPCX, but do we think $SPCX runs after such a heavy acquisition to its balance sheet? @BoBbyPleWniaK @TJTheWheelDeal What say you Premium overlords?
Elon's acquisition premium track record - 30% is the Floor & 40% is the expected Premium. This is why..... SolarCity (2016): Distressed and burning cash, yet Musk still paid 30%. He testified 30% over the 4-week average is his standard practice. Twitter (2022): Barely profitable, activists circling, yet he paid a 37.9% premium at $54.20/share. Tesla today is the opposite: highly profitable, the most valuable carmaker on earth, with energy, AI and robotaxi no acquirer can replicate. Elon has told Tesla holders for years to hold, saying their shares will be very valuable. Paying them less than 30% would look like a bait and switch. Elon already controls SpaceX with majority voting power. The merger lives or dies on Tesla shareholder approval, so Tesla is the side he has to win over. Looking at his Merger history, the Tesla premium should at least be 40%. 4-week average close $371. A 40% premium on that is $519/share. Elon already knows that this is the ballpark number of exchange ratio when the merger deal is announced. If Elon already knows that $TSLA is going to be $520 in a month or so, why would he pump the stock now? He wouldn't. That's how you get the earnings call we got yesterday. 🤔

Rental Spaces on @CREXinc or Homes on @zillow, most of the time, are shit All the best locations & Deals are done offline If you’re looking for a commercial space, you have better odds at making a list of businesses with locations you want, that have terrible reviews, and going to talk to them Use @bot to compile the list, and use your FACE to have the conversations

What is some cool Merch & Loyalty Programs you’ve seen businesses do ? One of my favorites was when @huel would give you a custom shaker bottle and T-Shirt when you achieved a significant milestone Merch that you couldn’t buy! I preferred it much more to just a standard discount at check out…. Below is my 5,000 @huel meal bottle!

What are some cool ways Small Business Owners are using @bot ? So far i’ve tasked it with a list of big items we intend to purchase, and check prices daily for discounts Ive also created a CMO that checks for top social media accounts we can collaborate with? Anything else?

I’ll say one thing about @Tesla I rarely drive anymore & I am more at peace when my wife is with our Son and uses FSD instead of drives herself (No, shes not on X. So I can say this)

Whats the best POS system for Small Retailers? @Square seems to be the go to, but feedback tells me their support sucks All others have long term contracts, hidden fee’s, or not great analytics is @Square dominating that hard?

When looking for a new retail store location, the most important aspects are obvious: 1. High Median Incomes 2. Density of People 3. Proximity to Private Schools (if targeting teens) 4. Vehicle’s Per Day In front of Location 5. Where the top performing QSR Stores are? What are some non-obvious ones? 1. Tesla Chargers walking distance? 2. ? 3. ? What say you?
