I created @HugimalsWorld to help myself deal with anxiety so I could sleep at night. Honored that they're now helping kids as well as adults. Thank you, Parents, for naming our Quinn the Koala the Best Stuffed Animal in your Kids Sleep Awards!

In partnership with Mariska Hargitay & her @TheJHF, this week @HugimalsWorld launched the Heart to Hug Pillow: a 5-pound anxiety-relieving pillow. The reaction has made me feel better about leaving media to make weighted plush for myself (ok and others) instagram.com/p/C5QrbAAgTZQ/…

My friend @MarinaKhidekel (who i met through writing/her editing) has a new company called @HugimalsWorld that makes stuffed animals that are like weighted blankets hugging you and helping to calm your anxiety. It’s something patients 👀 for… What should I name my elephant?
