Did you know? Our school chef trainees learn to make restaurant and cafe products across the year, when ready they progress to their social enterprise Cafe on Sauchiehall street, by the time they’re 16 they’ve learned all corners of the kitchen, and had real experience!

We have lots of ways you can support… 💡 Chefs..mentor a chef while they’re still at school? pop in to Chef Zoltan’s classes ad hoc to pass on skills, then when they’re ready, to your kitchen for experience, they leave school and transition to real work as your apprentice.
