I respect Devin for entertaining both of those goofies. Even if it was a bad move for him personally. He tried to give us what we all wanted.
After Keyshawn ducked, this should’ve been the direction to go from jump. Everything after that was a waste of time.

No question, Shakur leaving Zuffa is a bad look and a PR disaster for Zuffa in the short term. But given Shakur’s history, he’s always going to be hard to deal with, regardless of who the promoter is. If you’re turning down fights with Raymond Muratalla because you want the fight at 135 instead of 140, arguing over catchweights and rehydration clauses when you’re going to be making in excess of $15 million, and agreeing to fight certain fighters like Manny Pacquiao, Conor Benn, and Ryan Garcia at 147, which he has mentioned in the past, without any restrictions, then it raises questions when it comes to Devin Haney. Suddenly, you have all these restrictions and want Haney to jump through hoops for you, when even at 147, it’s still a winnable fight for you. Moving forward, I think there are going to be rocky waters ahead for Shakur if he continues to be so difficult to deal with at the negotiating table. At some point, people are going to start asking themselves, is the juice worth the squeeze?

This might be Devin’s most dominant fight🔥
Devin Haney and Liam Paro have agreed to meet in a WBO and IBF welterweight unification bout before the end of the year in the U.S., sources tell @ringmagazine. Haney’s first fight since November 2025 when he defeated Brian Norman. Paro’s only loss a split-decision to Richardson Hitchins.

I’d say Shakur has already peaked. Hitchins and Carrington are already peaking. Devin is now starting to peak. If you’ve watched Devin since he was little, you can tell he’s close to completing his style. In most of Devin’s fights he handicaps himself.
today @B_Carrington1 talks Devin Haney and Shakur Stevenson. #Boxing #Welterweight [ @ats_fight ]

This is why most fight fans and fighters say all he has is a bow and arrow jab. It’s also why most fans and fighters think that’s all they will get from him on fight night.

They should’ve been exposed him from the start. Everyone knew he wasn’t serious about fighting Haney.
Even modern boxing media had to note: Shakur complained about weight for Devin Haney but not when he was chasing an old man Pacquaio fight. This dude is exposed like a mf.

How do you respond to a post that you weren’t attached too and then block me before I can respond? At least you did us both the favor of crawling back into your hole. 😂

Exactly why I have zero faith in EA for Fight Night
I think EA has discovered the method: 1. Revive a beloved game franchise. 2. Capitalize on nostalgia and hype to make an absurd amount of money on the first release. 3. Deliver 0 additional content on future titles until the hype dies and people stop buying annual releases. 4. Microtransactions 5. Rinse and repeat.

At this point, Shakur is really is own worst enemy. I’d fight Rayo for $300k, but they offer this goofy $7M
I refuse to believe this man is going to turn down 7 million to fight Rayo for no guarantee and potential back end money fighting Pitbull. Ain’t no way.

Like I said before I wouldn’t be surprised if they start or are already working together in some way.

Honestly Dubois has a sold case for being the UK’s best Heavyweight since AJ. He may not be as popular but his résumé is solid. Fury is up and down. He also has “*” next to a few of his wins. Daniel needs about 2-3 more wins over top rated fighters to be held in the same regards
Ade Oladipo believes Daniel Dubois has already surpassed Anthony Joshua among Britain's greatest heavyweights and is closing in on Tyson Fury: "He's almost like a lion that has the battle scars, and he's now come through everything. He's beating people that are unbeaten. Jarrell Miller was unbeaten, Hrgovic was unbeaten, Wardley was unbeaten, AJ was the favorite. He's on 29 and he's taking these scalps, legit scalps of people, and he's stopping them all. Lennox Lewis is the number one in this country by some distance. I think Lennox is a top five heavyweight of all time. The argument is that Fury's second and AJ's third. I would say he might have taken AJ, and he's chasing down Fury hard."
