Very sad news that the lovely Robbie Coltrane has passed away.
I have adored him for 26 years.

The more I think about sorting, the less I like it. I get you need to organize your students, but to make kids think that there are defining characteristics about themselves that they cant change is wrong. They're in a frickin' magic school. Anything is possible. We all change.

I went to an open mic last night that I had been to a few times before. Someone in the crowd yelled, "Play the Harry Potter song!" Lol, I'm doing my part to spread the wrock gospel.

“Love is an action, never simply a feeling” ― bell hooks
We mourn the tremendous loss of bell hooks. A woman of great compassion, courage, & extraordinary intellect. Thank you for always putting your love for Black people in action - for challenging us to imagine a bolder future
I'm heartbroken about bell hooks. Her books helped me create my identity and understand my history. Just heartbroken.
