According to Brian Facey, a competition lawyer who represents TREB said: “the old rules are in force.”. But the Competition bureau states otherwise. So who is correct? @JohnPasalis @CompBureau
Thank you Tara for the coverage. We want to provide value for consumers, but we want to stay in the compliance with Treb and the @CompBureau 's ruling as well. There should be a clear way to achieve exactly that. By all means, @CompBureau is a law enforcement agency, isn't it?

Can we get a response from @CompBureau ? The whole purpose of this ruling is to prevent anti-competitiveness and favoritism. Why is Treb still doing exactly that?

Well said. @JohnPasalis This is not definitely not over yet. The real battle in RealEstate should be about who can provide more value for consumers, not about who can provide data and how.
