Maybe I should dress up as an election poll this Halloween. Polls seem to be scaring Republicans really badly these days.

The thing about job interviews is that the interviews are not just for candidates; they're for interviewers as well. For the same reason an interviewer can say "no" to a candidate, a candidate can ALSO say "no" and walk away. Many interviewers do not have a problem with candidates walking away because they can use that as an excuse to go and hire H1Bs instead. One of the many reasons H1Bs and L1s have to be addressed is because there is no pressure for employers to hire Americans for American labor. Prohibiting companies from salivating for cheap foreign labor would immediately incentivize them to actually put more effort into hiring Americans. In other words, it would put more pressure on hiring managers to actually have better quality interviews so that they DO care about candidates walking away. You have to really want certain people to work for your company, and in many cases, it just doesn't feel like that right now. In fact, it feels like they DON'T want anyone in some cases.

Can I petition LinkedIn for a "NOT for hire" banner? I'm getting annoyed at all these scam offers.

It feels like division started after Charlie was killed because Israel First exploited his absence to resurrect their failed careers and waning influence, and viciously attack anyone who opposed them hijacking a movement and presidency they never supported. That's what happened.
Take me back to when Trump, Tucker, MTG, etc, were all on the same team fighting for America. Three of my favorites. Feels like after Charlie was taken from us is when the division happened. Praying somehow everyone comes together again. We’re stronger united. 🇺🇸

As I've saying for a month, this really is what will decide Texas and literally a dozen other House races that could get DEMs to 255 seats. Yeah, it's like that. If these people do not vote, Republicans will not just lose Texas. They will lose almost everywhere.
A big question on whether Democrats flip Texas is if the undecided Republican vote finally flips or sits out this election. On my podcast, I had the brilliant @ZacharyDonnini on discuss which way the state is moving. Listen here: omny.fm/shows/a-numbers-game…

THIS IS A NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT
American workers weren't just replaced by cheaper foreign labor. They were cheated out of jobs by people using FAKE RESUMES and PROXY INTERVIEWS to get hired for positions they weren't qualified to fill. How many American jobs were stolen through schemes like this? And how many proxy interviews did Pratik Sharma conduct during his FOUR YEARS at Ernst & Young? How many has he done since?

Honestly, I get really tired of listening to all the crypto pumpers acting like they're economic geniuses that deserve PHDs or something. It's one currency out of thousands that exist; one cog in the economic wheel. There are so many variables constantly changing in economics, it's impossible to predict anything with 100% certainty. Well, the noise has sort of calmed down a bit these days, but man is it still annoying to hear all the time. I wonder what Hayek would say if he were still around.

Just like clockwork, it goes right back up. Usually takes a day or two after dips with no prerequisite. Unexplained gains or losses are almost always some whaling messing with the price, but like rubber bands they tend to snap back.

FOX News, too. They duped everyone showing small DEM leads, and now herded to cover their asses.
They duped and tricked everyone with small Democrats leads and now showing the true landscape.

The effect JD Vance's comments about H1Bs is having on the US is far more effective than what tbousands of people were saying about it for some years now. This just further suggests my stipulation about politics: "It doesn't matter WHAT was said, only WHO said it."

🚨 BREAKING: The US Supreme Court has ruled 9-0 that freight brokers can be held LIABLE if they negligently hire unsafe trucking companies — including those with ILLEGAL ALIEN and FOREIGN drivers who violate CDL rules and cause accidents LFG! Start cracking down on the companies 🔥 The opinion, delivered by Barrett, confirms that federal law does not shield these brokers from state negligence lawsuits. This will likely help force brokers into being MUCH more careful about which carriers they use, because they want to avoid lawsuits PURGE THE CDL SYSTEM and hold all trucking companies liable! Non-English foreigners all over the roads needs to end.

John Cornyn is openly claiming voters "need to learn a lesson" after he lost his primary. Donors and party leaders have been saying the same privately for weeks while having the audacity to lecture those voters about how it’s THEIR fault if DEMs win because they didn't vote.

Someone who blocks you on X probably isn't doing so for an "obvious" reason. It may be merely to stop a distracting person from annoying you, but I would guess it has more to do with obstruction than annoyance. People with Independent thinking usually respect other people with independent thinking and may be less likely to block people simply out of disagreement, especially if they are open minded. However, there are also people that would rather push narratives instead of analysing for deeper understandings of the issues around us. These people will likely see dissenters as blocking their narrative effectiveness and making propaganda much harder. They typically don't want their OWN viewers from challenging what is said. I think that X influencers that routinely block those with opposing viewpoints are probably doing so to protect their narratives. In that case, they value social manipulation more than the pursuit of truth. Anyway, this is just one reason I think influencers block so much. There could be many other reasons why people block. Who knows?

I think I misspoke on my last post. I wasn't trying to say Capitalism is bad or not worth defending. It definitely is. What I'm observing is that there are influencers that are pointing to current trends and saying that's why it's good (i.e. the stock market). Perhaps a better way of saying this is that it's a weakness where the really bad things about Socialism are not explained. People have to be shown why something is bad to avoid it. when they're not shown, arguments can become ineffective. It's just human psychology. You just can't persuade by only logical arguments. Pure logic arguments just don't work in persuasion. It needs some other elements as well.
