Un-retiring Hoppy Boston for a minute to pass along a huge recommendation for Wild Hare the restaurant and barrel room for @MedusaBrewing. Amazing and creative beers, interesting and delicious food and excellent service. Check it out when you get a chance!
Happy old peoples New Year (aka going to bed at 10 because your kids will have you up at the crack of dawn the next morning)!
For our Christmas present my wife and I redid our home office, standing desk, walking treadmill, and a stereo system with a vinyl record player!
The first album for my new vinyl collection was an easy choice: Ten, the seminal debut from @PearlJam!
Happy Festivus! I don't have an aluminum poll, but I could build one from beer cans. Haze from @TreeHouseBrewCo seems like a good place to start!
Heading out for my annual getaway with my college buddies, made a necessary stop @TreeHouseBrewCo Greenfield on the way!
Slightly late Halloween-themed beer post: enjoying some @LamplighterBrew Monster Mash NEIPA!
Made a stop @Sudbury_Craft this afternoon to add some fall favorites to the beer fridge!
Happy October! Ringing mine in with one of the best Oktoberfests, Copper Legend from @JacksAbby! #ProperMFingGlassware
Final weekend before I am back to full-blown employment. Enjoying some @BissellBrosBrew Reciprocal and getting prepared for a new adventure!
Apparently I launched Hoppy Boston 9 years ago today. I'm less active on the blog and social media these days, family commitments and unplanned job changes will do that, but I still appreciate the awesome community on local beer Twitter! #MyTwitterAnniversary
Finished an awesome vacation in Maine, plus I was able to make a quick stop @BissellBrosBrew on the way home to restock the beer fridge!
Hoppy Boston review of @TrueNorthAles Trinktisch Table Lager, the house beer for @trinktisch, the restaurant and beer hall at @cbc_belmont! hoppyboston.com/2022/08/23/t…
Today I got multiple job offers, won the Amazon drawing for an invite to buy a PS5, and now I'm sipping some @RR_BrewingCo Three Decker. Pretty awesome day.
ICYMI: Hoppy Boston review of @NotchBrewing Lojko, a full-flavored pale Polish lager that is perfect for a hot summer day (we've had a few of those recently)! hoppyboston.com/2022/08/08/n…

I survived 4 job interviews this week, each one with a 1 hour scientific presentation and hours of 1 on 1 meetings. Exhausted is an understatement. Rewarding myself with some @RR_BrewingCo War Castle NEIPA.
