Practice good menstrual hygiene to prevent infections, reduce odors, and stay comfortable during your period. Change menstrual products regularly , use them according to their instructions. Keep your genital area clean and avoid scented hygiene products. @Hopembale1@amplifychange

A body still growing shouldn't be a body for growing. Double the childhood, double the risk. A diaper bag shouldn't replace a school bag, Be a kid now. Be a parent when you are ready. Pause the pressure. Plan your future.#hopesrhrchampions

Violence is a choice. Choose better. You can't beat real love. Verbal abuse is still abuse. Don't assume that a few hurtful words won't cost them their life.#hopesrhrchampions

Driving policy change from the top: We convened a high level advocacy meeting bringing together line ministry officials and Members of Parliament to push for reforms that promote equality, justice, and equitable access to essential services. MPs responded with strong commitment - pledging to raise identified policy gaps before Parliament and the Health Committee, and to advocate for reforms guaranteeing every one including Key Populations to access SRHR/HIV services and better health outcomes. Thanks to our development partners for endless support. #WeAreHopeMbale @amplifyfund @ViiVHC

Transparency at Our Core 🤝 Strong communities are built on strong, accountable organizations - and we are walking the talk. We held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to reflect on our journey and chart the path ahead. Members reviewed and endorsed our annual reports and audited accounts, reaffirming our unwavering commitment to financial integrity. This was more than a compliance exercise, it was a powerful reminder that good governance is the backbone of lasting impact. It's how we stay a trusted, sustainable partner to the communities we serve, and how we are building the institutional resilience to scale even further. Accountability isn't just a value we hold, it's a promise we keep. #WeAreHopeMbale @amplifyfund @IamUHAI_
