“...Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my anxieties...” —Psalm 139:23 #HeKnowsMyHeart💛

“People who love you, care about how they make you feel.” If people continue to hurt you, don’t just re-think… that’s a toxic situation and they don’t deserve your time & energy. Just let them go & move on. Goes for all types of relationships in life—professional & personal.💛

I feel like I could step back in time to watch Kevin Von Erich & the boys with that sign! @RossVonErich your Dad ran around my part of Texas in his hay days doing events like this. And they were quite a BIG deal! My mom organized one & it was a HUGE 3-night event!!!

Just wondering… Did any of Y’all know Dr. Don Ethridge? Share a story if you have one?

You never know people’s circumstances… it’s so easy to just be kind. Kindness isn’t worthless… it yields priceless future dividends. 💛💛💛

My son just sent me his first ever inspirational quote. It’s interesting to know what resonates with him. And, I’m proud of his positive mindset.

Stress. Can’t even force myself to eat lately. Wasn’t successful Friday & thru the weekend.🤢Yesterday I finally kept a milkshake down. I haven’t been sleeping either. Going caffeine free has left me with insomnia. What the what???🤦🏻‍♀️ I keep thinking getting in the gym might help.

I’ve only been back a few days but my time with my 13yo son seems like a blur to me now… we loaded up & headed out on adventures together that I had waited so long for… enjoyed it all so very, very much.

I haven’t had caffeine or chocolate for 3 days-currently not missing it. Also lost 3 more pounds. It’s been more like a yo-yo but at least I’m back in the right direction. My son called me to go over his workout. Apparently exercise is our new way of connecting. I’ll take it.🏋🏻‍♀️🚣🏻

I miss having a dog. I need a dog.

What’s a good series to binge watch?

This is the best charger I have ever had. Simply design. Versatile. Sits on my desk or slides perfectly into my car’s air vent. It stays put & charges in better time. It’s simple design keeps it out of the way too. I like it @belkin 😎👍

Anybody on here going?
