💔Said goodbye to Finley, Larry, & Tyrion
🩺 Managed flock health, from allergies to specialist care.
⛈️ Weather challenges: Storms & flooding.
🍎 Local food bank donations for the animals
❤️ Thank you to our incredible supporters! 🙏
Remembering Larry 💔
This Christmas, his scarf hangs on the oak tree planted in his memory.
He loved acorns & spent hours under this tree. His memorial stone features an acorn

The not-so-glam side of sheep sanctuary🐑
Four of the sheeple have a chronic grass allergy causing constant diarrhoea.
I spend countless hours caring for them, giving meds, cleaning up and limiting travel. It's tough but rewarding.

Sky, our 7 year old cuddle monster, loves lap time! She trots over, rests her head on my leg and sometimes her son, Scout, joins in. Flanked by two fluffy cuddle machines, I'm reminded how special the bond between humans and animals is. Caring for them is a privilege 🐑❤️
Annual sheep haircut day☀️
Keeping the flock cool & comfy for summer + vaccinations.
Precious, our sassy 6-yr-old mini-sheep gets pampered by hand.
Huge thanks to our amazing shearer Tilly & incredible volunteers! Rounding them up always an adventure

Devastated to share our beloved Larry passed away on Mar 27th at just 7💔
A true sanctuary star, Larry charmed everyone with his escape artist skills, love of leaves, & gatekeeping for monkey nuts.
We miss you terribly, sweet boy. Rest in peace🌈

Deeply saddened to share that Finley, our beloved sheep, passed away💔
He'd have turned 6 this April. A charming member of our sanctuary family, always ready for a peanut.
He left us peacefully, a sudden shock. Rest in peace Finley🌈

HOOVES AND TAILS retweeted
Lots anticipate the coming festivities with excitement & joy. But for many ethical vegans it's a time of sadness & despair. We can't help but be weighed down by the knowledge of what innocent animals have endured, & the thought of their lifeless bodies on tables & plates 😢💔🦃
Hoof trimming day for the sheeple! Regular check, medication, and mud removal.
Rounding up the flock is a big task, but with the help of Lady, Harley, Tom, and Gavin, we did it in 5 hours🐑💕
