Dillon Mitchell in his Boston Celtics preseason debut:
28 minutes
10 points
9 rebounds
4 assists
+15 plus/minus
The +15 stands out the most, but it’s no surprise. Dillon Mitchell is a difference-maker on the floor. The Celtics may have gotten the steal of the draft.

Nice move here by AJ Dybantsa. He keeps his dribble alive, gets 2 feet in paint, jump stop, great use of pivot foot creating space, realizes he has Bridges on his back and keeps him on it to draw contact and then finish with contact. Also has been defending and finding the open man
AJ Dybantsa sinks a fadeaway turnaround jumper...
Through contact 😤
A tough bucket for the #1 overall pick in his NBA preseason debut!

Dillon Mitchell is a dog. Putting so much pressure on the offensive glass. Hustling on defense.
Fits in perfectly with the Hugo, Walsh, Baylor, Ron camp. Celtics look like they got another perfect project for that group.
