My girlfriend asked why I was smiling at 4 AM.
Showed her the terminal.
What are all those green numbers?
$1,129. Made while she slept.
Doing what?
Nothing. Claude scanned 14,000 wallets, found 47 that never lose, built a bot that copies them.
She watched for 10 seconds:
+$3.87 captured
+$6.42 captured
+$12.71 captured
It just keeps going?
Every few seconds. New line. New money.
How much did you start with?
$300. Now $1,429. Eleven hours. Asleep.
What does it do?
Buys at $0.48. Sells at $0.52. Pockets $0.04. Who wins doesn't matter.
That's legal?
Citadel does this on NYSE daily. 400 engineers. I have one screen.
She looked at the P&L curve. Never dips. Just climbs.
Can you make me one?
Setting hers up now.
She still doesn't get how it works.
The bot doesn't care.
You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day.

One single idea doesn't apply to all shooters in all situations.
A turned stance might help players with tight lats relieve shoulder tension.
A square stance might help players with a tight chest.
Both come with trade-offs.

In this 4-on-4 game, the challenge is to keep the dominoes falling without getting back to neutral.
Each decision should either expand the advantage or pass it onto the next defense so the defense never has time to reset. The goal is to keep the dominoes falling, until your team finds a wide-open layup or three.
The best thing is you don't have to have mastered all of these. The first step is consciousness that they exist. Progress not perfection.

Tommy Lloyd on why it was important to him to mention the late Arizona HC Lute Olson on court postgame
"He gave me a better life. His legacy in Tucson is so powerful. He's the main catalyst to make our program the center of our community. People in Tucson really want to like their basketball coach. The reason they want to love you is because they love Lute so much. Without Lute, without Sean Miller doing what he did, I wouldn't be here today. This is for them too and I have no problem sharing the success of this team with the coaches that came before me."

Sports will never define us, but always remember that whether itโs in sports or in life:
The best get better
Leaders lead
Gym rats will find a way
Champions always compete
Dogs are gonna eat
Winners will win
Use your love for the game/sport you play to reveal & refine yourself!

Recruiters look at:
1. Your attitude.
2. How you treat your teammates/coach.
3. Your body language on the bench.
4. Your hustle.

Shoot when you're open.
Pass when someone else is open.
Drive when nobody's open.
This mantra simplifies decision-making.
