My flight was delayed, so I was sitting near the boarding gate when a little boy walked up to me.
He looked about seven.
He stood there quietly for a few seconds before asking, “Can you stay with me? I think someone is following me.”
I looked around and noticed an older man standing several seats away, watching him.
I told the boy to sit next to me and immediately called airport security.
The man left as soon as he noticed the security officers approaching.

To all my girls who about to start this 90 day run before the end of the year, just remember that this is for YOU. It’s only you versus you for these next few months. Cut out the distractions, be okay with being to yourself for a little while.. focus on you, your mental, you happiness, your paper, your priorities.. and let everything else just fall into place. 💕

Somebody said, “One thing I love about God is, He'll bring you out of situations you got yourself into; and still not hold it against you”.
And I felt that!

Candace Parker reveals Kobe Bryant texted her before the deciding game of the 2016 WNBA Finals, and when he told her not to die with bullets left in the chamber it changed the way she approached her entire career
“I wanted my story to be despite. Despite the ten knee surgeries, one shoulder surgery, and two foot surgeries... I still could, and I did.”
“Commercial flights, practices at community college gyms... The overseas grind in the offseason. But through that I learned from barely losing, that winning was about attention to detail and the little things.”
“In 2016, Game 5, for the title in Minnesota, I get a text from Kobe... He says, ‘Do it the hard way. It’s always better that way. You can’t die with bullets in the chamber.’”
“I finally just played that game like I was a kid again. I was free, not worried about the outcome. I really, in fact, just hooped. We won, off an offensive rebound... It turns out Pat was, in fact, right. Offensive rebounds do matter.”

Sometimes you don’t even know when you’ve already watched the end.
You had to be there. And now it’s over.

My grandma asked me today: "If everyone in the world wrote down their problems and put them in a hat, would you risk grabbing one, or keep yours?" It changed how I see life...
