Nose:
Manchego, smokey bacon, mango and lime, hint of pickled onion, maybe onion bagels.
Palate:
Peaty monster. In your face smoke, a cross between cordite and TCP. Cheese twists, chalk, blackcurrant.
About one that needed a touch more abv to really sing.

Orange, charred pineapple, cut grass, corn
Palate:
Pineapple chunks, barrel char, oak, ginger biscuits. Oranges, lime

Creamy, pencil shavings, tinned nectarines, peach.
Palate:
As above but with a bit of ginger and nutmeg. Ginger Graham cereal as well.

Foam banana, fresh lime juice, scrumpy, lemon barley squash. Candy sticks
Palate:
Ginger, lemon by the bucket load, icing sugar, oat cakes, cut dried grass(not far my like hay).
Nice effervescence on the mouth, floral note at the back
