I genuinely don't know what to do. Im at the corner of 93rd and Colfax and this dog just limped across the road and laid down. He's bleeding but he could make it. This is someone's dog nearby. I called animal control but Im only putting this out here because I know I have a Chicago following and maybe someone can help expedite this proces if they are in this line of work.
