I was sitting next to this girl doing work on her laptop
And I noticed she was doing stuff that my app could do for her
I started observing what she was doing, and then before leaving the train I decided to talk to her a bit
After some chit chat, I realized her issues, and offered her free trial on my app.
Got her email, and will be sending out a code for her now
Moral: if you're not willing to sell to strangers in public you're ngmi
Nah
Nothing beats getting money on a weekend
Replying to @woocassh
This is why I'm convinced that selling my apps on the open market is a fools errand .
Selling competence to those that can afford it seems far more lucrative for the same amount of effort.
I was once doing a course too
Good thing I didn't finish it looool
🚨 Going out of business sale 🚨
iOS dev course sales plummeted due to AI. It costs a lot of money to host my courses online and with sales at basically $0, I've cancelled that hosting.
This closes down the site which unfortunately removes access to the courses.
I want you to have the courses you purchased forever, so I've added the ability to download my course videos so they are yours.
I've put my recent course on sale at a large discount so you can get it before it's gone and I've made old courses available for free if you want to grab those too.
The school will be online until November 24th so you have a few weeks to download these videos at seanallen.teachable.com
Thanks for learning with me and supporting my work over the years. I appreciate it.
Yes, you should.
The bar is so low there for good content that even posting anything relatively okay does numbers sometimes
Do keep in mind how everything, the way you post on LinkedIn and the way you post on x are two separate things
I'd say, post longer posts on LinkedIn.
That usually works better.
It also has never been this hard to get customers
It's never been easier to start a startup or business than it is right now.
You can build something people actually need with AI, create AI UGC ads, or just record yourself and post on TikTok, IG, and YouTube to grow organically.
5 years ago, you needed $10K–$20K just to build an MVP and a team to maintain it.
Now you can literally do all of that yourself with AI.
The barrier to entry has never been this low.
My iphone broke, and now I have to use an Android
Holy shit android RevenueCat ui is horrid compared to ios
i just keep winning in AI serps its fucking insane
Why the fuck are you guys not utilizing this? its literally free money + easy setup?
Linkedin playbook is proven.
1. Take what's viral on X
2. Copy it, put a spin on it
3. ?????
4. profit
when he said 80% is marketing he meant that 80% of the revenue gets eaten by ads lol
i'm 17yo.
$54k/month from mobile apps.
the app is maybe 20% of it. the other 80% is marketing.
nobody downloads a perfect app they never heard of.
