They hit Danny Thomas with criminal damage AND intent to endanger life — and guess what? The serious one? GONE. Binned. Vanished. They couldn’t make it stick for one simple reason — IT WAS BOLLOCKS. But here’s what they CANNOT wriggle out of — the criminal damage charge itself is their own confession. Under the Criminal Damage Act 1971? You CANNOT charge someone with criminal damage unless that property BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE. FACT. It’s written black and white.
We all thought the smuggling gangs owned the boats — but if they’re charging criminal damage? THE GOVERNMENT OWNS THEM. Plain and simple. No way round it.
So by pressing ahead with this charge? THEY ARE ADMITTING THEY OWN THE FUCKING BOAT.

In 2011, England was already one of the most densely populated countries in the world.
Since then, our population has grown by over five million almost exclusively due to mass immigration.
How many new schools, hospitals, roads, bridges, railways, etc. were built to accommodate that increase? In 2011, England and Wales had prison capacity for around 88,000 people. Fifteen years later, despite enormous population growth, capacity is still only around 89,000.
Every other public service is on the verge of collapse, housing is unaffordable for most young families, and the high-trust society that we once enjoyed no longer exists.
The Westminster consensus is now that this level of immigration may have been unwise, but in any case, there is nothing to be done about it now. At best, the likes of Reform talk about reducing future arrivals. But that is not enough.
Restore Britain is the only party saying that mass immigration has been a disaster for Britain, and must be actively reversed. Millions must go.

There is no publicly available record that District Judge Tanweer (Tan) Ikram has ever sat at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court.
Never sat in the court before and not slated to preside over any case at thie court in the near future.
I wonder who would have the authority to send a senior Judge all the way down from London to Preside over 1 case.

More information emerging about the conviction of Del Somerville (jailed for two years for throwing a plastic bottle and telling police officers to 'F**k off' at a protest against the small boats).
The court heard that Somerville had played a relatively minor role at the incident, had tried to pull another protester away when he confronted police, actually lived at the marina rather than travelled there for the purpose of protesting, and that the plastic bottle he threw was 'small' or 'empty'.
It's impossible, in the context of wider sentencing policy in this country, to avoid the conclusion that the sanction handed down to Somerville amounts to two-tier justice.
