Glad I was able to go to Steak easy before they closed the pop up, but also good to see we can get them at Okonomiyaki.jibanya restaurant now! I got the Steak frites with the Aji Limo Chimichurri sauce and the sichuan sauce (not drawn)! The chumichurri was my favorite of the two that I had. I see that they have wagyu too and also want to try their duck as well someday. Can't wait to see what Boss and JP have in store for their next adventurous cuisine. 🤤
