2025 has been quite a year, busy all around but lots of places travelled to! I've added Copenhagen & Rotterdam to the international list, and the Lake & Peak District to the UK list! We've had plenty of sun this year, and hopefully there's lots more in the new year!

Out in Vienna for a couple of days before a NightJet journey to Amsterdam on Tuesday. Still very warm across Western Europe but is great for a bit of sightseeing. One of Wiener Linien's Type U trains is pictured in Landstraße, crossing the Wiental Canal.

Testing of the new 24 Stock on the Piccadilly Line is underway, as the fleet of new trains begin to replace the ageing 1973 stock towards the end of this year. One of the new trains is pictured in Acton Town this morning after leaving Northfields depot earlier.

Couple days in Brighton ticked off, my first trip down in a couple of years and how things have changed a bit! Fleet investment into the Brighton & Hove fleet is evident with new(ish) @ADLbus Enviro400MMCs almost everywhere, with very colourful branding!

A little trip up to Oxford yesterday, snapping a couple of bits in the warm sun! Quite a few changes since my last visit in 2025, with the tri-axles on the X40, the ongoing electrification and even the odd Enviro400! Always a lovely visit, albeit a bit too hot!
