Imagining Joe walking around New York talking to himself/remembering his lines for the play. 🥰 Motion and movement/muscle memory to improve recall/memory is a good technique though, and for the physicality of the role as well.

Yesterday it was in the 80s and I was wearing short sleeves and capri pants, and this morning I wore a long sleeve shirt, pullover and thick pants. Nippy!❄️
