Now that $HIVRA is live and the latest @HivraOS update is out, I wanted to share what I'll be focusing on over the next 30 days. My biggest priority now is getting Hivra into more people's hands I've spent a lot of time building and expanding the platform, but there's still so much I haven't properly demonstrated So here's what I'm working towards over the next month: 1. Product demonstrations and tutorials Showing what you can actually do with Hivra, from deploying AI agents to launching full computers and giving agents their own environments to work in I'll be experimenting with different workflows too, particularly around Claude Code, Codex and Hermes, and showing how they can be used in practice. 2. Improving and expanding the platform There's still a lot to improve, especially around onboarding, reliability and making the overall experience easier to use On top of that, there are some features I'm particularly interested in building, including self-hostable, on-demand cloud sandboxes that agents can spin up whenever they need an isolated environment. 3. Expanding Hivra's reach I'll be more active here on X, while expanding onto Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, testing different content strategies and funnels along the way A big part of that will be educational content, helping people understand what AI agents actually are, what they're capable of and how they can use them on the other platforms. One experiment I'm particularly looking forward to is using Claude to create and direct much of this content, from the scripts and visuals to the motion design itself I'm curious to see just how far I can push Opus 5.5 with motion design for short-form content. Once I've collected some real results, I'll share what I learned. Beyond social media, there's developer outreach, communities and potential partnerships. Some of that work is already underway, so I'm looking forward to seeing where it leads. Another area I've been thinking about is building agent-powered services on top of Hivra itself. Hivra is a fairly technical product, but the businesses built on it don't necessarily have to be. For example, imagine an SEO agent with access to everything it needs to handle an end-to-end SEO workflow, using tools like OpenSEO, DataForSEO & Specialised SEO skills but presented through a simple dashboard that anyone can use. Behind the scenes, the agent and its tools run on Hivra's infrastructure. The customer simply uses the service without needing to understand or manage any of it. That's the kind of thing I'm interested in experimenting with It also means not every social media account or marketing funnel needs to bring people directly to Hivra. Some can promote services powered by Hivra instead If this works, it could create another route for growth while demonstrating how other people can build their own products and businesses on top of the platform so there's quite a bit to explore here Alongside all of this, I want to be more consistent about sharing progress, including what I'm building, the challenges I run into and the results of these experiments. There are plenty of big initiatives on the roadmap, including Gate, Exchange, Arena, Signal and LaunchPad, but I want to make sure the foundation is solid. I'll be sharing updates as things progress Still plenty to build, and I'm excited to share the progress

A few more details on our upcoming transition from base:0x95ccfd2b81a9667b0cc979992632f98fc853eba3 to $HIVRA, including the planned fee structure, liquidity commitments and how existing holders will be able to claim. Full migration instructions will follow once everything is ready.
I want to explain the decision to move from base:0x95ccfd2b81a9667b0cc979992632f98fc853eba3 to $HIVRA. I'd previously said I wasn't planning to migrate the original token, and that genuinely was my intention at the time. But as Hivra continued to evolve, I started reconsidering how the token should fit into the project. The original token was launched when HermesOS was still a much smaller platform, with a different structure and direction. With Hivra now open source, the expansion into full computer environments, and a much broader ecosystem in development, I wanted greater independence over how the token operates, particularly around its infrastructure, fees and treasury. Ultimately, I decided a new token structure made more sense for the direction I'm taking Hivra. I also wanted to share a few details about the new token. I'm planning to launch $HIVRA independently through Doppler, without any founder token allocation. The intended trading fee is approximately 1.58% in total, with 1.2% allocated to the founder, 0.3% dedicated to liquidity, and approximately 0.08% going to Doppler. The liquidity allocation will be managed separately and used to add and lock liquidity over time. I'll share regular updates with the relevant on-chain transactions so everyone can follow how those funds are being used. I think it's important to be transparent about how the token operates and where the fees go. As for the migration, the snapshot has already been completed. Eligible base:0x95ccfd2b81a9667b0cc979992632f98fc853eba3 holders will be able to claim $HIVRA at a 1:1 ratio through Sablier, with a 90-day claim window. Holders won't need to burn or surrender their original base:0x95ccfd2b81a9667b0cc979992632f98fc853eba3 tokens to claim. There will be a small claim fee payable by holders. Regarding my remaining base:0x95ccfd2b81a9667b0cc979992632f98fc853eba3 holdings, after an initial two-week waiting period, I plan to sell 500 million tokens per week over approximately three months. Once that schedule is complete, I'll burn the remaining founder-held tokens. I'll publish the relevant wallet addresses, transactions and final dates so the process is transparent. The full migration instructions, verified contract addresses and claim dates will be published separately once everything is ready. My focus remains on building Hivra into something people genuinely want to use, and I'm looking forward to sharing more of that work. More information: hivra.cloud/token

A new chapter for Hivra. Hivra is now 100% open source! What began as a platform for deploying AI agents has evolved into something much bigger. You can now launch full Windows, Linux and Omarchy computers, deploy your favourite AI agents, or connect and manage your own hardware through Hivra. We've also completely redesigned the platform, making it easier to launch and manage your environments. Alongside these changes, we're preparing the transition from $HermesOS to $HIVRA. Our founder has shared a full update covering what's changed, why we're building Hivra and where the project is heading. Read the full announcement 👇

Just a quick update: I’m still working on @HivraOS Progress has been a slower than I anticipated because of some things happening in real life, but I haven’t stopped. I still have a lot cooking behind the scenes. I’m working on some bigger ideas atm which take longer to go from idea to reality, so I’d rather wait until they’re solid and working properly before talking about them in detail. I hope to get a few foundational updates out to prepare for the larger ones soon. Thank you for being patient. More updates are coming. PS: Some cool updates are also coming to @nibbiipet too ;)

Just shipped one of the biggest Hivra updates yet. 🚀 Some of the highlights: > OpenClaw and Agent Zero are now available as one-click deployments. > Native BYO @composio support, giving agents access to 3,000+ integrations for free. No more manually setting up Gmail or any other integration. > A completely redesigned onboarding experience from signup to first deployment. > Persona onboarding, so you can launch an agent without starting from scratch > Agent approval notifications, so you know the moment an agent is waiting for you. > The foundations for automatic wake-up and scale-to-zero. > Huge reliability improvements across provisioning, networking, gateways and recovery. > Removed a large amount of legacy code from old architecture. Under the hood there were 110+ commits across the platform. Most of them weren’t flashy features. They were the kind of improvements that make the platform feel faster, more reliable and easier to build on. There’s still plenty that we're working on that we're excited to ship, especially around Hive Mind and a central brain across all your deployed agents, no matter the type. We’re just getting started.

Really proud to be building Hivra on Venice. Giving AI agents access to private, uncensored inference is a huge part of the future we’re building.

Weekend update on the Website Operator This one has surprised me. The original idea sounded simple enough: > Find businesses with outdated websites. > Build them something dramatically better. > Reach out automatically. But it’s turned into a full multi-agent workflow. It now: • Finds businesses in a niche you’ve chosen • Reviews whether their current website actually needs improving • Analyses their existing messaging • Rewrites the copy • Rebuilds the entire website from scratch • Deploys it as a live preview • Opens the site in a browser and performs QA across desktop and mobile • Iterates until it’s happy with the result • Then prepares everything for outreach The interesting part is that these aren’t mockups. They’re fully functioning, multi page websites built specifically for that business. The website becomes the lead magnet. Instead of emailing someone saying, “We can build you a better website,” you email them with a link to a website that’s already been built for their business. The goal isn’t actually selling websites, the website is simply the foot in the door. From there the opportunity is ongoing website management, SEO, Google Business Profile management, and eventually AI automations that help run the business itself. Here’s one example from testing. Original: 👉 drengen.com Rebuilt by the Website Operator: 👉 clearweb-drs-engen-pizzini-s… It’s not perfect yet, but it’s reached the point where I’d be happy putting it in front of real businesses. I’m finishing the email workflow next so it can start contacting prospects automatically. This is exactly why I’m so excited about Operator Packs They’re becoming complete businesses in a box, not just AI prompts.

💎 Very well written. Much respect. It’s been great watching the product & brand evolve over time. Deployed a secondary @aeonframework agent through @HivraOS, the process was seamless. Looking forward to what you cook up next.

First profitable trade from the live portfolio. 📈 It’s only the second trade, so I’m not reading too much into it yet, but the interesting part is what comes next, now that live execution has been validated. I’ll be increasing the size of the live account so the position sizing and risk model can operate as intended, then next week I’ll be running the exact same portfolio on a small $2,500 @the5erstrading challenge alongside it. In my opinion, it’s one of the best ways to validate a trading system. It's cheap and it forces you to trade under realish execution and strict risk limits, without needing to commit thousands of dollars of your own capital. Backtests are useful, but live trading is better. Consistent results under pressure are what actually matter. Looking forward to next week’s progress. I’ll also be dropping more updates on the Business Outreach Operator, plus another surprise for $HermesOS holders soon. 😉

Update on the Trading Agent. This is one I’m genuinely excited about. Partly because it’s cool. Partly because it’s already helping me discover trading ideas I probably never would have found on my own. The system combines a custom backtesting engine with Nautilus Trader for deeper analysis and validation. What’s been fascinating is taking a backlog of old TradingView strategies I built years ago and feeding them into the agent. Most of the original strategies fail...but that’s where it gets interesting. The agent doesn’t just tell me they’re bad, it starts testing hundreds of variations, filters, entry conditions, exits, risk models, position sizing methods and more. And this isn’t some simple backtest. Every strategy goes through a full 17 point validation pipeline including: • Multi-year backtesting • Out-of-sample testing • Walk-forward analysis • Monte Carlo simulations • Live execution simulation • Extreme slippage testing • Fee modelling • Robustness checks across multiple market conditions In a surprising number of cases, it ends up finding profitable versions of ideas that originally lost money. So far it has discovered 7 strategies that passed validation. I’ve bundled 6 of them into a portfolio that’s now trading live, and I created another candidate strategy today that’s currently going through testing. Portfolio stats so far: 2021-2026 +561.35R 13.07R Max Drawdown 2010-2026 +935.45R 26.84R Max Drawdown What I’ve realised is that my instinct was often pointing me towards a genuine edge. I just never had the time, patience or compute power to run enough tests to uncover it. The agent does. And that’s the part that excites me most. I’m not building around a single strategy. I’m building a portfolio of strategies that can be researched, validated, optimised and traded together. Long term this could easily be a standalone product, but it will be fully available to all @HivraOS users. • Advanced backtesting engine • Analytics and portfolio dashboard • Strategy generation and optimisation • MT4 / MT5 connectivity • Live trade execution • Portfolio management All within Hivra as 1-click deployable agent. Right now I’m working through the final bugs involved in live execution. One of the biggest challenges has been making sure real world order execution behaves exactly how the backtests expect. Today’s trade didn’t execute because of a small bug in the fulfilment logic. Annoying, but I’d rather find those issues now than have users discover them later with real money on the line. Every issue gets documented, every fix gets added to the agent’s knowledge and skills, and every test gets us closer to something that’s genuinely useful. I want to eventually test it with prop firms as well. But this is a project where I genuinely think we’re moving towards a future where anyone can deploy their own AI-powered quant researcher in a few clicks.

Here’s how I think about the AI agent market right now. Every week another major company announces something for agents. Agent wallets Agent payments Agent identity Agent security Agent marketplaces Agent infrastructure Agent-to-agent protocols > Mastercard is building payment rails for autonomous agents > Circle launched an entire Agent Stack > Salesforce is betting billions on agent platforms Everyone is building roads for the agent economy. And that’s incredibly bullish. But I think there’s a gap hiding in plain sight Most people still can’t easily deploy an agent. Not really Sure, developers can Power users can People comfortable with terminals, SSH, cloud infrastructure and configuration files can.. But ordinary users? Most still can’t go from “I have an idea” to “My agent is live and working” in a few minutes. That’s the problem I’m obsessed with Because if the future really is millions of agents working on behalf of humans, then somebody needs to make launching an agent as easy as buying something from Amazon The infrastructure layer is being built. The payment layer is being built. The wallet layer is being built. The identity layer is being built. The missing layer is accessibility. That’s why I know @HivraOS has a unique slice Not because I think agents are coming...we can see that’s already happening. I know we’re still incredibly early in making agents usable for everyone else.

Pro users already had a dedicated browser running alongside their agent in the cloud. You can open it yourself, log into websites, manage accounts, and work directly inside the same environment your agent uses. Now we’ve made that even easier. You can now import browser cookies from accounts you’re already logged into and load them directly into your agent’s cloud browser. No re-entering credentials across dozens of sites. Just export your cookies locally, upload the file, and your agent can start working with those sessions immediately. Your browser. Your accounts. Your agent.

Over the last few days I’ve been working on onboarding One thing I’ve noticed across almost every AI agent platform is that after creating an agent, you’re often left staring at a blank chat window The problem isn’t that the agent can’t do anything...it's that it can do everything. Most people don’t start with a plan, a workflow, or a list of tasks. They just want to see value quickly. Ironically, unlimited possibilities can create more friction than a specific starting point That’s what the onboarding redesign is focused on. Instead of dropping users into a blank screen, Hivra now asks a few simple questions, helps define an objective, and gets the agent working on something useful from day one. The goal isn’t to tell people what their agent should do, but rather to help them discover what it can do.
