UPDATE!!!!

GAME 3. DO OR DIE! 9pm tonight!

Tried to keep it positive. You got out with the split 🤣🤣. Was quality though second base is not the place for gymnastics 🙄

Unfortunately…..it was tied going into the bottom of the 7th and we had to play defense again. The SeaLions managed to sneak one home and win 16-15. A moral victory for our Heavy Hitters who seem to be slowly finding their game, just not their players! See you next week!

3 runs down, last at bat, can we do it? Slight work. Couple of walks and timely hitting from @onlyforsports23 (4-4 on the night) and #Scotty lines one to center and Fully flying round 3rd, the team cheering, #Bill gives the green light and he ties the game!! It’s pandemonium!

Bottom 6 and we have a lead…..and we did the whole turn routine outs into unnecessary errors things. The sea lions take a 3 run lead into the final inning…..fans were excited. This is the suspense they came to see from A/B division!!

A few bright spots in the field! @KLeverock_22 putting in an all star performance at 3rd, #ScottyTheAstronaut 🧑🏼‍🚀 using his glove this week to catch instead of his face, @trottyyyyy wit a fine display at second. @cdaynger giving his glove the night off using his shoulder, twice

And then offense stalled. Despite #RunOutRay rebranding and now becoming #RedundantRay she showed she still has WHEELS! Middle inning lapse may have cost us. @RayyZhane

Fast forward to the third inning and our CF showed up…..to sit in the stands. Was it in protest? Is he hurt? Only @zb144 really knows. Could have used him. @twonii_xx taking over in center field and let’s just say netball went better! Couple dropped catches kept the game close

Defensively the game got off to a decent start in the first inning. @BDA_Chosen_1 was throwing heat and plays were being made. This was rare and worrying. Would it last?

@twonii_xx came right off the netball court (storm won) and went into center field, sort of. First inning and we were on 🔥🔥🔥. Capped off by a @KLeverock_22 home run. Waited all weekend to finally hit one over the fence!!

Besides making regular errors on routine plays, this team struggles with showing up. A beautiful night at the diamond must also have meant a beautiful night down Cleeelands cricket training huh @clinti_92 ? No Clint, No @iamthundee and we were a female short!

Game whatever this was RECAP!! What a beautiful night at the softball diamond last night. The Heavy Hitters showed up looking for the season sweep of the Hakuna Matata Sea Lions. @BDA_Chosen_1 returned from his Asian tour and a season debut for @KLeverock_22 had fans excited

So welcome back to

Also shoutout to #Kas & @_itssiy_ who rotated catching and kept @onlyforsports23 throwing heaters all night

@onlyforsports23 pitched a gem late on, covering for @cdaynger mistakes. @zb144 & #ScottyTheAstronaut locked down the outfield while @rocyourworld_ made a fantastic play from short right. We win 16-10. Or something like that. Final out…

Our resident Bill didn’t have a great night with the bat but he gives us 100% every time. I mean, look at the wheels! Hustling all the way! That’s the hit factory way!

Second at bat was much better! Made great contact but skied it to center, however the best part was him taking off down the third baseline! No mate, you gotta get to first and second base first! The dugout:

One thing about this team is the roster is deep. @freshkidd441 FINALLY got to step out from #DJYoungSi shadow and get on the big stage. Except he skipped his first at bat and tried to hide but did own up to it.
